Aerial Arts of Rochester offers a variety of ways to attend our classes. Purchase a single class visit, introductory class pass or enter into a membership.

To get started, you'll want to create a client account. If you are a parent, add yourself as the client and then ADD your child as a dependent.

After you become a client, be sure to download our branded app,

Aerial Arts Rochester on Google Play or the App Store to easier manage your class reservations/cancellations, memberships and more!

If you are new, you'll want to start by attending any Level 1 class.

In addition to all of our apparatus based classes (meaning classes that use aerial equipment) we also have many ground class offerings.

While you are at the studio, learn more about our flexible and affordable memberships. Choose to attend 5, 10 or 15 classes a month. All memberships include free gym access.


Aerial Hoop

A circular steel apparatus.

Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling & More

Classes utilize a soft fabric loop.

A cardio based workout with a bungee chord attached to a harness.


Hula Hooping

Cool tricks and transitions with one or more hula hoops.



Stretch for injury prevention or
to become more bendy!



Single point dance trapeze is on a swivel, allowing it to swing and spin.


Aerial Silks

Two peices of fabric suspended from the ceiling. Wrap, pose, drop and more!

Youth Aerial
Ages 8 and under

Recreational programming meant to introduce kids to the circus arts.

Pole Dance

A vertical apparatus connected to the ceiling and floor. Most classes are fitness based.
