Things to Know About Pole

* Skip lotions and oils prior to class
* Bring shorts as skin contact is needed to execute many movements
* No jewelry. Jewelry has been known to cause unexpected injuries and also damages the equipment

* Classes are co-ed
* You will sweat, please wear deodorant or a comparable product
* Lockers are available for use, however you'll need to bring a lock.

*Workshops are not meant for parties larger than 3. Workshops are intended for those who want to try out pole dance for fitness, not celebrate a special occasion.

Introduction to Pole Workshop

This 60 minute workshop, will give you the opportunity try out pole dance fitness. You’ll learn a short routine combination and many entry level moves, such as the classic fireman spin!

- Bring shorts
- Skip lotions and oils prior to class
- Remove jewelry on hands/wrists (this includes wedding/engagement rings)
- Co-ED
- Ages 16+ welcome with parental consent

How do I know if I'm ready to move up to Level 2?

- Sit on the pole with no hands needed
- Ability to Hold the Split Grip Position and lift feet off the floor
- Ability to Climb up the pole 2 times and descend down safely
- Muscle Memory has developed so that hand and body placement is second nature

Level 1 Pole Dance

You’ll want to start with Level 1 formatted for entry level students and beginners. You’ll learn the basics from how to grip the pole, stand, sit and execute simple spins. A short choreographed combination will be taught during classes.  No prior dance is needed. Don’t worry about your strength, we can help you build that! You’ll see yourself improve every week.
* Shorts are required.

How do I know if I'm ready to move up to Level 2B? The following tricks should be mastered.
* Inverted crucifix
* Jasmine 
* Cross knee release
* Forearm handstand

* Ability to hold yourself in Pencil Positions while in the air

Level 2A & 2B Pole Dance

Level 2 Pole is where you start learning complex spins, static poses and holds in addition to different methods of how to climb the pole.  We will explore a variety of combinations and sequences. Basic inversions and handstands will also be introduced. There is so much to learn and explore in level 2, the possibilities are endless. You'll want to hang out in level 2 for an extended time. Students who are ready for level 3, often continue taking level 2 and attend multiple days a week.

Level 3
Pole Dance

In Level 3, choreography will allow you to explore the art of pole through unique transitions while in the air. Shoulder mounting, handsprings and

challenging holds which involve fewer points of contact.

Exotic Chair is offered once a month.

Exotic Chair Dance

Come learn a routine that is fun, sassy and spicy using the chair as a prop complete with plenty of slink floor work.
60 minutes.

* Offered on a bi-monthly basis
* Ages 18+ welcome
* Leg warmers recommended
* Heels optional

Acro Chair Dance is a specialty series. This course is seasonal.

Acro Chair Dance

This is not your average chair dance class. Acro chair dance will have you mounting, balancing and transitioning with fun choreography.
60 minutes.

* Ages 18+ welcome
* Leg warmers recommended

Rules of Open Pole Practice

1) Please remove jewelry on hands/wrists.
2) Clean your pole after use.
3) USE a MAT while doing inversions (going upside down). This rule will be strictly enforced. If you are seen doing inversions without a mat, you will asked to use one. If you are seen doing inversions a second time without the use of a mat, you will be asked to leave.

Open Pole Practice

Take this time practice what you have learned in class, stretch, condition and create!

60 minutes.


We recommend that you cover the skin. Bring a long sleeve shirt and thick leggings/denim.

Swinging Pole

Try it before you sign up for our 4 week session course starting late January 2020. This wondrous hybrid apparatuses has the ability to swing and spin as it is not connected to the floor. Come experience the pole like never before! Covered in rubber, similar to a Chinese pole, you'll have maximum grip. We recommend that you cover the skin. Bring a long sleeve shirt and thick leggings/denim. Levels 2 and up welcome across all apparatuses or have instructor approval. 60 Minutes.
