Guest Pass
Guest Passes are transferred to new clients via an active member's account.
1) The New Client (Guest) will need to Create an Account

You must complete ALL the profile information including entering your credit card number and signing your waiver. The system will not allow you to enroll for classes with missing information.
This process can be completed in studio or via email by writing to aerialartsrochester@gmail.com
2) Once the clients account has been created and completed an Aerial Arts front desk staff member will transfer the visit to their account for use.

3) Guest will then need to enroll into the class of their choice.

Disclosure; By submitting this form you are redeeming your voucher, meaning that we are issuing the class/workshop/pass to your client account for use. It is then considered USED by groupon's policies regardless if you have physically attended the class. It is your responsibility to make a reservation for the type of class your groupon voucher is valid for.

It is important that you review the fine print on your voucher as this will make you aware of any restrictions.
Instructions
1) Create your client account in our Wellness Living reservation platform.

2) Fill out the redemption form on the left with your name and 8 digit voucher code. Please be aware that Aerial Arts staff has to issue your class visits and this may take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account.
3) Once your have your class visits issued, you will then need to enroll yourself into class. You may do this by downloading the Aerial Arts of Rochester app on the App Store/Google Play or simply signing into your client account from any device. View the schedule and click Book Now.
