PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION IS CURRENT IN YOUR PIKE13 CLIENT ACCOUNT. THIS IS HOW WE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU SHOULD THE STUDIO NEED TO MAKE HEALTH OR SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENTS.

YOU WILL WANT TO SIGN UP FOR THE SAME LEVEL YOU TOOK IN MARCH. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR STRENGTH OR KNOWLEDGE. WE WILL BE DOING CONDITIONING EXERCISES AND REVIEW.

Question
 Do Sessions Exist Anymore?
Answer
 No, Sessions are a thing of the past - except we will offer some specialty session series in the future.

Question 
If you don’t have sessions anymore, how are you going to instruct classes?
Answer Rest assured, we’ve thought about this. We have reconstructed our level 1 courses and converted them to classes. Material will be instructed in a progressive format with skill building and include many modifications and variations of movements. We have also added a couple different classes to help new students pursue fabric or metal apparatuses. For those in Level 2 and up, the material will be visited on a rotational basis. We recommend that you try to stay consistent. For example; If you are in Level 2 Hoop, you’ll want to try and attend on a regular basis. This will help you advance to Level 3 when you have completed your Level 2 requirements.

Question 
How will I know if I am ready to move up in level with memberships vs. session courses?
Answer We are in the process of creating fun skill cards. These skill cards will include movements, transitions, etc. you need to master before moving up. If you are unsure, you can always consult with your instructor. The important thing, is to not move up before you are ready.



 

Question
 Should I get a membership now or wait until my account had been credited?
Answer You should wait until your account has been credited. We are in the process of crediting accounts and should be finished by Saturday, June 20th. If you have already purchased, no worries, we will apply credit to your second monthly payment.

Question Why did you switch to Memberships?
Answer 
Great question! One, we don't know if the Governor was going to delay the opening of Phase 4 businesses. If he does, we can easily place a “freeze” on your membership and “unfreeze it” when we are ready to start. Two, if for some reason we are required by the state to close again due to a spike in Covid cases, memberships provide us with the ability to just place things “on hold.”

Question 
Is everything now a walk in style class?
Answer
 Yes and No. We are requiring that everyone have an advanced reservation during this time of Covid precautions. We will not new students to “walk in". With that being said, we do sell single class visits. They are considered “walk Ins” however, it is always recommended that you use Pike13 to enroll yourself in advance.
If you don’t want to commit to a membership, you can buy single visits, however they are the more expensive option. If you plan to attend regularly, a memberships might be a better bet as they provide discounts and perks.

Question
 When does auto renew happen? How is my credit card charged for memberships?
Answer 
You get to choose the day you want to have the membership begin. For example; if you buy the membership on 14th the day of the month your card will be charged that day, BUT your plan won’t start until the 6th (the day you choose). You would then see an auto-debit payment again on 6th of every month.

Question 
I want to pay in cash or check, do you still accept that?
Answer
 Yes, the system will require you to enter a credit card, but as long as you pay for your membership before your billing due date with cash/check your card will not be charged.

Question
 I want to cancel my membership, is it going to be difficult?
Answer
 Nope, super easy. We actually just updated this policy under our Terms and Conditions. When you cancel, you have provide the studio with written notice via email 7 business days prior to end of your personal billing due date. As stated above, you get to choose your billing date, so if you start classes on 8th, the 8th of every month will be your billing due date as well.
Upon cancellation, you will have two choices. 1) Cancel the membership and keep your visits for the reminder of your billing period OR 2) Cancel immediately, pay for only the classes you took and be refunded the difference. 



 

Question How do I sign up for classes?
Answer
 You will use your Pike13 client account for manage all your class bookings and cancellations. You can download the Pike13 client app to any mobile device, making managing your classes easy!

Question
 What classes can I take under the new membership plans?
Answer
 ANYTHING your heart desires. Yes, you read that correctly. As long as the class you take it is your current level or below you can enroll into that class. For example; You are a level 3 silks student, however you can also attend level 2 silks if you choose. You cannot randomly attend level 4 silks without the permission of your instructor.

Question Can I share my visits with other people?
Answer
 No, but we are giving guest passes to those who have 3 Month Commitment Memberships.

Question
 What is your class cancellation policy?
Answer
 You have to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise we will deduct a visit from your plan/pass or charge your card on file.

Question
 Do I have to take the same class every week?


Answer
 Nope, you have the freedom to choose. You can sign up every week for the same class at the same time OR you could choose all different classes.

Question Is my spot in classes guaranteed?
Answer
 No. You need to make sure that enroll yourself into the classes you want to take in advance. Don’t wait until the last minute as the class may fill. If for some reason, you consistently cannot get into the class you want, let us know and we can adjust your membership or provide you with other alternative options.

Question
 What does a 3 Month Plan mean? And do I owe 3 month up front?
Answer
 No, you do not owe a down payment. You do not have a “joining fee.” You will pay on a monthly schedule. 
It means that you are committing to paying for 3 Months and cannot cancel your membership during that time as you are receiving additional discounts and perks. The membership will continue after the 3 month on auto-renew at the same discounted price unless you tell us you want to cancel it. Refer to cancellation question above for more details.

Question
 What is a “Roll Over” visit?
Answer
 Remember when AT&T would let you “roll over” your unused cell phone minutes to the next month? Its like that. When you enter into ANY 3 Month Commitment Plan, you can enjoy “roll over” visits. For example; In month ONE, you missed your classes due to an unexpected work trip. No worries, those 2 visits will be available for use in month 2.

 You have too many classes or not enough. Can I upgrade to downgrade my membership?
Answer
 You surely can! See out Terms and Conditions for more details about this, but in general, you won’t pay any extra fees.

Question I want to attend more than 15 classes per month. Do you have plan for that?
Answer
 Yes, we do. Contact the studio to inquire about our Unlimited Plan.

Question I am leaving for an extended time, but don’t want to cancel my membership. What are my options?
Answer 
All members are welcome to one time complimentary “hold” also referred to as freezing your account. Additional holds will require a small fee. 



Question
 Will you be closing for studio breaks under the new memberships plans?
Answer
 No, we not be taking off an entire break week. We will be closed for all major holidays and some non-major holidays. Be sure to check the schedule.
