At Aerial Arts of Rochester you can learn a fun new form of exercise and performance utilizing circus apparatuses such as Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hoop, Hammock, Aerial Silks, and Static Trapeze! Classes are available to ladies, gentleman, teens and children ages 4 and up.
